Thwaites Village Hall
Thwaites Village Hall serves the whole community of Thwaites, including the villages and hamlets of The Green, Lady Hall and Broadgate. Thwaites has a strong community spirit, and the hall is both well used and well supported.
Thwaites Village Hall
Thwaites Village Hall was awarded the grant to cover the cost of the full refurbishment of the kitchen and bar area to encourage greater community use of the facility. The Hall consists of two rooms: the main hall and a smaller supper room. The main hall is large enough to be used for sports events, including badminton, indoor bowls and basketball. The supper room is capable of seating 40 people and has access to the fully refurbished kitchen to prepare and serve food.

- Table Tennis
- Community Lunch
- Snooker Club
- Indoor Bowls
- Youth Group
The village hall outside spaces consists of:
- Outdoor play park
- Football pitch
- Tennis court
- Benches and seating area for picnics.
